Yes, walk-in registrants are welcomed to attend, space permitting.

I registered for a workshop and did not attend. Can I get a refund?
Refunds are available with a 72-hour notice, less a $15 processing fee.
I Want to attend the workshop but have a conflict with my schedule, is it okay to be late?

No. TAAP and social work accreditation require that participants attend the entire session to receive credit. Therefore, late arrivals will not be given CEU credits.

When do I get my certificate?

At the end of the workshop.

Where can I go for lunch? Is there a place to eat at The Council if I bring my own lunch?

A list of nearby eating places is available at the front desk. The Council also has a refrigerator and a microwave oven you are welcome to use. Please mark your lunch with your name to minimize confusion at the lunch break. You are welcome to eat in the room where the workshop is meeting during the lunch break. Just across the street, in two adjacent parks to The Council, there are picnic tables available.

Does The Council provide a smoking area?

No. The Council is a tobacco free facility. Neither smoking nor tobacco products are allowed on Council property.
